PEX Go/No-Go Gauge – 3D Printable Tool

Need a quick check on your PEX crimp rings? This 3D printable Go/No-Go gauge is designed to help you verify whether your 1/2" PEX crimp connections are within tolerance—no guesswork, just a simple snap fit test. The "Go" side should slide on easily over a properly crimped ring, while the "No-Go" side should not fit if the crimp is correct.

Printed flat and compact, this tool is perfect to keep in your toolbox, workbench drawer, or clipped onto your keychain for those quick double-checks on site or during home installs.

Consider printing in more structural materials, like PETG-CF, ASA, ABS, etc to keep tool from warping with heat and to prolong the useful lifespan. Do NOT force the No Go side, the Go side should fit easily over the crimp.
