Matte Ice Blue (11601) / Refill / 1kg

Description

This functional spinning PokéStop can give you actual gifts, just like in Pokémon GO! Fill the bowl with candy and give it a whirl. Everything slots together - no glue or AMS required. Made from scratch in Onshape,  it's fully parametric - scale it as big or as small as you want (or your  print bed can fit). A steel bearing can fit in the default profile, but if you scale it you'll need to use the printed one (also included) because it can be scaled too. For filament, I recommend Bambu Lab Matte Ice Blue - it's the perfect color match!

Assembly guide as follows:

  1. Pop the bearing into the center slot of the base. It will be tight - it needs to be so it doesn't spin along with the bowl!
  2. Slide the bowl into the base, with the center inside the bearing.

  3. Fill the bowl with candy or other small gifts that will fit through the opening.
  4. Pop the cover on the bowl.

  5. Put together the Pokestop by sliding each piece on from the top of the beam.

  6. Slide the hexagonal portion of the Pokestop into the slot in the bowl.

  7. Done! You can now spin the outer ring, and when the two openings align candy will be forced out from the force of the spinning.

Awesome design. My only wish is that the spin was smoother, but it wobbles and scrapes the sides of the container

My first project ever on a 3d printer. Super fun and very easy to do. So now addicted to 3d printing.
