Reinforced Corner Brackets for Simple Freestanding Clothes Rack (fits 23MM diameter rods)
Print Profile(1)

Description
A set of simple solid wood freestanding clothes racks was purchased for the home, but the entire rack wobbled, primarily due to the lack of diagonal bracing at the four corners. This reinforcement bracket was designed to secure the clothes rack.
This reinforcement bracket is meticulously designed for FDM printing, ensuring optimal load-bearing capacity. Furthermore, overhangs and negatively curved areas susceptible to poor print quality have been optimized for effortless production of high-quality prints.
The reinforcement bracket shown in the image was 3D printed using PETG GF filament. The wall thickness is sufficient to meet strength requirements. The bracket is secured to the horizontal and vertical bars of the clothes rack using seven self-tapping screws (M4×10 countersunk self-tapping screws), resulting in excellent stability after installation!
The model's STEP file has been uploaded, allowing users to easily modify and adapt it to their specific clothes rack dimensions.
