Description

Elevate your IKEA FRIHETEN or KLAGSHAMN sofa by 45mm with this custom-designed 3D printable riser set – perfect for allowing robot vacuums (like Roborock) to clean underneath!

I printed mine in PETG with 10 walls, 15% infill, and 0.2 mm layer height — definitely overkill, but it’s rock solid. Feel free to reduce the wall count if you prefer; this setup worked great for me with no issues.

✅ No support needed.

🔧This set includes:

  • 1 round leg riser STL – print 7 copies for the standard round sofa legs (no screws needed)
  • 1 wheel leg riser STL – print 4 copies for the fold-out bed section with wheels
  • Only hardware needed:
    • 8 wood screws (8 × 3 inch / ~75mm)
    • Reuse original short wheel screws for side supports (on the wheel rizers)

🛠️ Wheel riser installation:

  1. Unscrew each wheel from the sofa.
  2. Use a drill to slightly deepen the existing holes.
  3. Align the wheel riser and use long screws to attach the wheel back through the riser.
  4. Use the original short screws to secure the side support holes for added strength.

I also included two extra holes on each side under the wooden base of the wheel riser — they’re optional and just there in case you want to add extra screws for reinforcement or future modifications.

✅ This design ensures an even lift across the entire sofa, supporting the moving parts securely while keeping the installation simple. Only basic tools needed.

Everything except the long screws is ready to print and assemble!
