Print Profile(1)

Description
[ Model Overview ]
Repair broken grommets or add grommets in tarps and similar thin fabrics with this screw-on grommet kit.
No tools, no glue, no permanent snaps … just place the male threads in the hole and screw the round nut from the other side.
(Tip ! squeeze your finger in the 14mm hole while you torque down the nut from the other side… don’t over-torque the M18 nuts or you’ll split the layers).
[ Dimensions ]
ID - ⌀14mm Grommet Inside Diameter:
(hole inside the grommets) - 0.55” so a bit larger than 1/2” for imperial users.

- ⌀ 30mm-OD
- ⌀ 35mm-OD (ID ⌀14mm)

Tarp Hole ID – Opening hole in your Tarp or fabric
M18 threads (18x2mm)
[ Printing ] No supports required for printing for all the parts.
Material: PETG worked fine for my application.
Layer adhesion: Make sure the layers are printed fast (staked quickly), because the M18 wall of the screw is ** only 1 wall thick **.
For best layer adhesion, print only a few at the time and you will have better results (previous layer remains hotter and promotes adhesion).
