Description

📄 Model Description

This is a custom-designed stand for the Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000. I created this model because the flosser isn’t very stable on flat surfaces — it often tips over when accidentally bumped. The stand improves stability with a recessed base that securely holds the irrigator.

 

Additionally, the stand features slots for four extra nozzles, keeping them neatly organized and easily accessible — no more searching through drawers!

 

This is the first version of the model, so I would love to hear your feedback or suggestions for improvement.

 

⚙ Design Highlights

  • 🧩 Single-piece model – no assembly required
  • 💧 Drainage holes – both the main cavity and the nozzle slots have vents for water drainage
  • 🛗 Raised 2 mm above the ground – prevents direct contact with wet surfaces, helping everything dry faster
  • ➕ Clearance tolerance – all holes are widened by 0.3 mm to ensure an easy fit for the flosser and tips

  • Height: 25 mm

     

🖨 Print Settings

  • Material: PETG or ABS tested (PLA should also work)
  • Supports: ✅ Required (the model is hollow to save filament; using supports consumes less plastic than full infill)
  • Layer height, temperature, and speed: default settings are sufficient
  • Infill: optional — depends on your preferred level of solidity
