Nomad BrewBox – All-in-One 3D-Printed Coffee Station

The Nomad BrewBox is a compact, modular travel case that organizes your coffee gear and transforms into a stable outdoor table — perfect for camping, van life, or any adventure. Best of all, it’s fully 3D printed with no extra parts, screws, or hardware required.

Information on the plates

Mandatory plates

Plate 1 - Base of the box, you only need to print 1.

Plate 2, 3, 4 - You need to print 2 of each of these plates, one per side.

Optional plates

For the accessories you can print different combinations of plates. Some plates will fill the whole space (3/3), some 2/3, and some 1/3. The accessories for the top and bottom level have different sizes, so they are NOT interchangable.

For the bottom part there are:

• Fino Grider holder (3/3)
• Box with lid (bottom) (1/3)
• Trays bottom (1/3 and 2/3)
• Basket plus (bottom) accessories holder (1/3)
• Scale holder for the OutIn scale (2/3)

Example: you could print the basket plus (bottom) (1/3) and the big tray (bottom) (2/3) and you will have the bottom box completed.

The top part is similar, but you have 2 sides, so you have to complete 2 boxes with 3/3.

The top accessories are:

• Box with lid (top) (1/3)
• Trays top (1/3 and 2/3)
• Basket plus (top) accessories holder (2/3)
• Capsules big (3/3)
• Capsules medium (2/3)
• Capsules small (1/3)

Example: for one side you could print 1 Basket plus (top) (2/3) and 1 capsules small (1/3), and for the other side  a Box with lid (top) (1/3) and a big tray (2/3). With that you have 2 3/3 and you'll have everything filled.

Note: you could also NOT print any of the extra accessories and just use the space that the box provides to carry anything you want.

Assembly

Assembling the Nomad BrewBox is quick and easy — no tools or extra materials needed!

1. Detach the Holder Clips:
   Start by carefully snapping off the small support connections that attach the top box holders to the main print. These thin bridges are designed to break easily by hand or with a light twist.

    

   

    

2. Add the Lid:
   Press the cover/lid firmly into the top box until it fits snugly. It’s designed for a tight, secure fit without glue or fasteners.

    

   

    

3. Insert the Small Connectors:
   Clip the 8 small connectors into their designated slots — 4 inside each top box. These help keep everything aligned and secure.

    

   

    

4. Attach the Handles:
   Insert the two large handles into the side slots of the bottom box until they click into place. They’re designed to pivot smoothly once inserted.

    

   

    

5. Accessories:

   Print the optional plates however you want and place them in their corresponding slots!
