In response to numerous requests in our A320neo model comments, we are thrilled to introduce the Pro Max upgrade—the A321neo ACF Explorer Edition.

Airbus has produced several iterations of the A321neo. The most prevalent and widely supplied by Airbus is the ACF (Airbus Cabin Flex) version. This model is faithfully reproduced from the ACF configuration, featuring a standard two-class cabin layout.

Custom Livery

• This Explorer Edition provides a blank fuselage without pre-applied livery markings, allowing for easy customization. For bespoke livery designs, feel free to leave comments or adapt the A320neo Customizable Edition tutorial to craft your desired livery.

Model Assembly

• Assembly follows the same method as the A320neo Explorer Edition. Download the PDF assembly guide from "Documents → Assembly Instructions".

Critical Printing Tips

A little preparation goes a long way. For a successful print, please adhere to these critical tips:

• The fuselage and wing components are tall parts. Apply adhesive to the heated bed and increase bed temperature by 10°C.
• Choose a filament with excellent interlayer adhesion to ensure strong wing components (especially winglets). PLA Basic or PLA+ are recommended (avoid low-adhesion filaments like PLA Lite). Dry the filament thoroughly before printing.

We encourage sharing your customized print profiles after successfully printing and completing your custom livery. Please include pictures of the finished model and describe your settings in detail.

3. Critical Printing Tips: "Prior preparation prevents poor prints."

For fuselage and wing parts (all the tall vertical structures):

• Mandatory: Apply adhesive to the heated bed and increase bed temperature by 10°C.

Material Selection:

• Use filaments with strong interlayer adhesion (e.g., PLA Basic or PLA+) to ensure part integrity — especially for wingtips. Avoid low-adhesion materials like PLA Lite.
• Dry filament thoroughly before printing.
