AMS HT Annealing Tray

Annealing is a post-processing step that can enhance a 3D printed part's mechanical strength and thermal resistance. 

 

This tray fits perfectly inside the Bambu Lab AMS HT and consists of three easy-to-assemble parts:

  • Air Deflector – Optimizes airflow for consistent, even heating
  • Support Frame – Holds the structure securely
  • Mesh Grid – A flat, ventilated surface to place your printed parts during annealing. Size: 180mm x 90mm (7 x 3.6 inch)

 

The tray allows hot air from below the part to flow upward, enhancing heat distribution for improved annealing results. 

All components need to be printed with materials that can withstand at least 85 °C. 

The parts you see in the pictures were printed with Bambu PAHT-CF.  Other suitable materials would be: ABS-GF, ASA-CF, PC, PA6-CF/GF, PET-CF.

 

 

For optimal annealing settings please consult the TDS of your specific filaments.
