Helper for screw caps on plastic lids

- This small helper facilitates the opening of screw caps on bottles with a plastic closure.

- It was designed for screw caps of Ø30mm for standard bottles and Ø40mm, for juice bottles for example.

- I printed the model with PETG HF. I recommend printing the opener with PETG HF or an equivalent material, as it provides the necessary flexibility and strength.

Printing information - Material and build plates:

• The filament I recommend is PETG HF or an equivalent material.
• Build plate: PEI plate without adhesive.

Wall lines: 3

Detect thin walls:

Layer height: 0.16mm

Infill / Infill pattern: 25% / Grid

Smoothing type: All surfaces

Ironing pattern: Linear

Seam position: BACK

Wall generator: Classic

Supports: NONE
 

All other values remain at the default.
