Gustave’s Arm Replica — 3D‑Printed Prop from Expedition 33

📏 Game-Accurate 1:1 Scale
This fully-scaled replica of Gustave’s arm is meticulously modeled at 1:1 proportion to the original character from Expedition 33. I’ve optimized it to print as a single plate for seamless finishing, added some internal supports and interface so it is a single piece.

🖨️ Printed on Bambu Lab X1‑Carbon

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Material: PLA Carbon Fiber (PLA CF) for added rigidity and a subtle matte-fiber effect
  • Print notes: Extensive supports were required—especially around the fingers. Handle with care; the fingers are intricate and relatively fragile before post-processing.

🧰 Pre-Finished Condition
The set includes high-resolution photos of the print:

  • Before painting or sanding
  • With supports in place to showcase the untouched, straight-from-the-printer detail

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Collector-grade detail: Crisp edges, authentic proportions, and game-accurate design
  • Ready for post-processing: Ideal for painters and modders—just sand, prime, and paint
  • Statement piece: Perfect for display, cosplay props, or gaming-themed décor

⚠️ Handling & Finish Tips
Fingers are delicate—remove supports gently. The carbon-fiber-infused PLA provides strength, but precision care during sanding and painting is recommended to preserve detail.
