Description
The Dala horse, or Dalecarlian horse, is a traditional Swedish wooden statue of a horse. It is most famous for its hand-carved and painted design, often featuring bright colors and intricate patterns. The most famous Dala horses are made in the villages around Mora, Sweden, particularly Nusnäs, in the province of Dalarna.
This is a scan of my own horse which I purchased in Sweden.
