Description
Do you have a Kia Optima (2016–2020), Sportage (2017–2021), or maybe a Hyundai Sonata (2015–2019) with a 2.4L engine and you’re getting error codes P2004 or P2006?
In most cases, it’s an issue with the intake flap actuator, and 90% of the time the problem is a cracked central gear wheel. But now you don’t have to spend a ton of money on a whole new actuator. Just 3D print the gear wheel and you’re good to go.
I recommend printing it in ASA or PA6 due to the high temperatures in the engine bay
