Assembly

When you print all of the parts you will need some super glue or 2 part epoxy glue. You will also need a pen spring for the mechnism, specifically 0,3*4*20mm spring. Then follow the bellow image for instructions:

Instructions

Also dont glue down the button and the rotating gear.

Tolerances

Everything should fit perfectly without the mechanism getting stuck. If the card holder does not move smoothly you can brush the sides with some sand paper.

Card Holding

This wallet is designed to fit standard sized cards with dimensions 85.60 mm by 53.98 mm, and it fits 5 cards. If you have some cards smaller then others, the mechanism may not hold them correctly. You can fix this by having all 5 cards in the wallet.

Filament

I printed mine in PETG but PLA should work aswell.

Design

If you want the same effect as on the picture you need a carbon fiber build plate that you can purchase on Bambu Store if you dont have one already.

I wish you happy printing!
