Magnetic Duct Caps e hose Connectors Ø 150/125 mm

This magnetic connector is designed to join 150 mm and 125 mm ventilation ducts — perfect for CO₂ laser exhaust systems like my Omtech. It features 15 strong 8 mm x 1.6 mm magnets on each side, ensuring a secure and airtight fit.

You can connect same-size ducts or mix 125 mm with 150 mm — the magnet layout is symmetrical and compatible either way. Personally, I used it to link a 125 mm indoor hose to a 150 mm outdoor duct, adapting my Omtech CO₂ laser to a narrower vent pipe.

Also included is a magnetic cap, great for blocking insects, dust, and debris from entering the vent when used outdoors.

P.S. To minimize smoke leakage, I applied a thin layer of oil or petroleum jelly on one connector and a ring of hot glue (silicone works too) on the other. When joined, the seal is tight and smoke stays in.

Note on material:
Do not print this in regular PLA — even a single day of sun exposure can warp and deform the parts. For best results, use ABS+ or PETG, which offer much better heat and UV resistance. If you're using an open printer like the A1 Mini, PETG is highly recommended for consistent outdoor performance without warping.
