Description
This piece has a central motif that resembles a "coquille" (shell) and an overall elongated "goutte" (drop) shape. The ornate, flowing lines, and naturalistic elements are characteristic of the Rococo style, which is also known as the Louis XV style in France. The piece features noticeable gold accents alongside the blue patina.
