Clausing 5914 Tri Jaw Holder
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is jaw holders for my Clausing 5914. This may fit other tri-jaw lathes; I doubt it would the “minis”, as I consider the lathe I have a mini and the desktop ones a toy. I use this to keep my sets organized and reduce dust and rust build up on them. The bases are thickened and tip resistant. I put my jaws number side up, but obviously you can go either way.
These are built to be a tight clearance holder, so have your printer dialed in and the shavings off the jaw slides. They have a triangular opening in the center, if I don't get distracted and move on to the next thing; eventually I will add a hat and center stem to stack them.
I would print these in PETG, PP, PPS; as most of you are aware of hot summer days and oils that we use contain phenols and amines; realistically cost vrs performance, go no higher then PP.
