🦴 Wendigo Skull (Wolf Variant) – Custom Patron Request

The Wendigo is one of those rare mythological creatures where the lore shifts depending on who’s telling the story. Sometimes it’s described as a decaying deer-like monster with towering antlers and hollow eyes. Other times, it’s more beast than buck—closer to a savage, skeletal wolf with a hunger that never ends.

In case you’re new here, Boys Day is a little tradition that started between me and my son—a way to make time stand still for a moment. I use 3D printing as a tool to connect with him. Together, we create these strange, prehistoric-style skulls and call them "fossils." I’ll print one, hide it somewhere deep in the woods, and then we set out on a fossil hunt—just the two of us, no distractions, no phones, just wonder.
 

Since my Jackalope Skull leaned heavily into the deer aesthetic, I decided to go the opposite direction here: this Wendigo skull is built from wolf DNA—lean, fang-heavy, and predatory. Still antlered, but unmistakably a creature that hunts rather than flees.

There are two versions included in this download:

• With pagan-style forehead carving (for that cursed relic feel)
• Without carving (cleaner aesthetic, perfect for painters and remixes)
