Description
I made this gas can cap after losing the original one during a camping trip. It’s a straightforward replacement lid that fits most common 1 to 10 gallon gas cans — like the ones from Blitz, Midwest, or Scepter. I designed it to slide on securely and print cleanly without any supports.
I've printed mine in PETG and it's held up well over time. If you’re using it for fuel, I’d recommend PETG or ABS for better chemical resistance.
Not flashy — just a practical, useful part that solves a common problem. Hope it helps someone else out too.
Printing Tips:
- No supports needed
- Standard .2mm layer height works great
- PETG or ABS recommended for durability
Tested Fit On:
- Midwest Can
- Scepter
- No-Spill style threads
Let me know if you need a version with slightly different dimensions — happy to adjust.
