Description:

This is a custom-designed add-on that attaches directly to the wipe tower.
After every filament change, the nozzle performs three cleaning passes through the wipe tower.
This significantly reduces nozzle contamination and improves print quality by minimizing residue on the printed object.

Features:

✅ Large cleaning area – 30 mm wide path for effective nozzle wiping.
✅ Triple-pass cleaning – Ensures the nozzle is properly cleaned after every filament swap.
✅ Stable construction – Mounts securely with just 2x M2x8 screws (required).
✅ Simple integration – Attaches firmly to the existing purge wiper for a stable setup.

Requirements:

🔧 2x M2x8 screws (not included).
💾 A custom G-code is required to make the nozzle pass through the wipe tower correctly.

It seems to work perfectly! I used two M2x12mm screws and they still fit and screw in just fine. I’m curious to try it with CF materials! I’ve updated the G-code to yesterday’s latest version for anyone who’s interested 😊

Hello, I really like your design, but I had an issue with the lack of M2x8 screws. So I edited your design using a snap-fit method, which means I no longer need screws to install it. Thank you!

I'm not 100% sure if the A1 and A1 mini are very different, but I've mainly seen A1 printers in the comments, but I don't think this works for the A1 mini, which is why I'm holding back on the rating for now

sorry I read a few times from others that it fits the mini but it doesn't fit I saw it myself with a colleague who has a mini but as soon as I have time I would design one for the mini and upload a new model

Perfect, even in PLA with 0.08mm layer height. This is exactly what I needed for intelligent and optimized nozzle cleaning before calibrations. Many thanks for sharing! Furthermore, by slightly enlarging the screw holes and screwing in BT 2.6-14 screws halfway, it's perfectly compatible with the @Rober7Crow 's Removable Poop Bucket <3
