Seven Main Chakras Suncatcher (Faux Stained Glass)

This suncatcher chain is inspired by my sister who is a Yoga practitioner and wellness coach. Chakras are energy centers in the body that are believed to influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. They are thought to be spinning wheels of energy that should stay open and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. The concept of chakras originated in ancient Indian spiritual traditions, particularly Hinduism and Buddhism. 

The Seven Main Chakras and Their Meanings:

• 1 - Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, it's associated with grounding, stability, and security. 
• 2 - Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana): Situated below the navel, it's linked to creativity, sexual energy, and emotional expression. 
• 3 - Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the stomach area, it's associated with self-esteem, confidence, and personal power. 
• 4 - Heart Chakra (Anahata): Positioned in the center of the chest, it's related to love, compassion, and empathy.
• 5 - Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat, it's connected to communication, self-expression, and truth.
• 6 - Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Situated between the eyebrows, it's associated with intuition, imagination, and psychic abilities. 
• 7 - Cranial / Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head, it's linked to spirituality, enlightenment, and connection to the divine.

I printed out each of the seven separate plates with Sunlu PETG filaments on my A1 Mini with AMS Lite using 0.4mm nozzle and "Smooth PEI / High Temp Plate". There is an alternate version of 6-Third Eye on plate 7 that creates purple using 3 layers of blue and 2 layers of red in case you do not have purple filament. Similar alternates can be created for 2 - Sacral (orange is 2 layers of red and 3 layers of yellow) and 4 - Heart (green is 2 layers of blue and 3 layers of yellow).

I assembled the printed objects into a vertical chain using 28-gauge galvanized steel picture hanger wire between each panel and a suction cup hook.
