Harvey Dent, also known as Two-Face, uses a double-headed coin to make decisions, particularly those involving good or evil.
One side of the coin is defaced, reflecting Dent's disfigured face and his descent into madness.
The coin was originally owned by mob boss Sal Maroni, and it was based off of an actual 1922 silver dollar.
