Fruit fly trap cover needs to be used with an attractant (search shopping sites for: fruit fly attractant) It is recommended to print with yellow or orange PETG because fruit flies are attracted to yellow
Carefully designed to save material easy to print and requires no supports but be careful not to change the model's print orientation The current version is only suitable for regular mineral water bottles; configurations for regular beverage bottles will be uploaded in the future
26/6/12 updated installation steps
1. Insert the attractant cup into the central circular pillar inside the lid to secure it You can choose to place the entire bottle of attractant into the cup (you will need to use an embroidery needle to poke some vent holes in the upper part of the attractant bottle where there is no liquid) or you can stuff cotton or paper towels into the attractant cup and then drip the attractant onto them
2. Install the hook You can put some small pebbles in the mineral water bottle to reduce swaying caused by wind Tighten the lid and hang it in the appropriate place
