  • Functional Buttons: The design includes buttons that, once assembled, provide satisfying tactile interaction and integrate seamlessly with your Echo Show.
  • Functional and Decorative Knobs: Two realistic knobs simulate radio frequency adjustment, adding a touch of authenticity and allure. Although they don't physically control the Echo Show, they lend incredible realism to the model.
  • Easy to Print and Assemble: Designed for easy printing on most FDM 3D printers. The assembly process is intuitive and requires only a few steps to see your radio take shape.
  • Ideal for Home Decor: It's not just a functional stand for your Echo Show, but also a magnificent decorative object that adds a touch of class and originality to any environment, from the living room to the bedroom, to the office.

What you need:

  • An Amazon Alexa Echo Show 5 (3rd Generation)
  • An FDM 3D printer
  • Printing filament in your preferred colors
  • A few simple assembly tools

Download the files now and start creating your personalized vintage radio! Make your Echo Show 5 a true collector's item that won't go unnoticed.

Tips for Assembly:

  • Make sure to pass the elastic through the appropriate slot; if you have trouble, try keeping it taut.
  • Pay attention to the direction in which you insert the button blocks; as you can see in the video, the slats should be positioned upwards.
  • Insert the blocks all the way (once inserted, they are very difficult to remove).

I printed this and it does send all the sound out the back. I modified it to have a couple holes in the top that I covered with a couple speaker grilles from someone else’s project. I made an old school boombox handle that works well with the original pin. turned out pretty nice. I glued the grilles on and the superglue turned white in some areas. unfortunate because it was looking great. I’m going to try and dissolve some of it and hope it helps.

Hi, thanks for the boost and for sharing how your print turned out. You had a great idea, and I'll definitely add an alternative design. To remove glue marks, you can try using a damp cloth.

truly truly beautiful file I wanted to try it I made it and it turned out very very nice (one single tip: print only the four buttons above the mock radio the ones that click the three Eco Show buttons print them at 97% otherwise they would slide too stiffly for the rest I'd say excellent) and of course you deserve my boost

looks great! I didn’t use screws or anything because I didn’t want to buy them and it still works great!

A quick online search shows that the models are the same, only the depth changes (gen1 is slightly shallower), so it should be compatible. If you print it, please leave me some feedback so I can update the description.

I hadn't read that it was for generation 3. It doesn't work for the first generation; it doesn't snap into place. Also, to mute it, it has a type of toggle button
