Spartan Race Wall/Shelf Sign
As a fan and participant of the Spartan Race, I have been mounting my medals on the wall and I wanted a motivational sign to hang above them. I put together some of my favourite items from Spartan (the Spartan medal, one of their motivational phases, and the Spartan spear), to create this sign.
The file contains 2x sizes - A small version that fits on 1x build plate, and a large version that is cut into 4 parts (total sign length is 730mm). I use a smooth build plate, so I printed mine face down however, I also included a face up version of each size for those that only have access to a textured plate.
I used a 0.2mm nozzle with a layer height of 0.08mm on a smooth PEI plate to ensure a high-quality front on the sign.
Note: For the 'Smooth Build Plate - Part 1' and the small display that is face down, I have set the bottom shell layers & bottom paint penetration layers to 10 as the infill was showing through the green, I had chosen for the medal in my initial test prints.
Filament used was SUNLU PLA+ (Black & Green).
