H2D AMS 2 Pro Single raiser/stand

Revision 2: Should now fit to both types AMS 2 Pro. All files are new. Make sure to take Rev 2 files if you download .STEP

This model is made with inspiration from other stands, but better fulfills my needs at the moment: Single AMS, access to the top glas and plate storage.

The AMS 2 Pro get raised from the top glass, to being able to remove the glas without removing the AMS.

The raiser allows to slide the AMS to the back and forward, for top chamber access or filament access, whilst holding the build plates close to the printer. 

Printing:

Like similar designs, it should be printed in heat stable material, like: PETG, ABS(for the advanced) or simlilar.

It prints without support, except the little part at the dovetail in the bottom, which breakes of easily after printing.

It should be printed like shown in the first picture, for maximum strength and no need for support.

Assembly:

Simply assemble the parts by pressing the dovetails into place. No need for glue or screws.

For safe handeling of the AMS, disconnect it from the printer and remove any filament roll from the AMS, before placing it on the raiser.

Place the AMS on top of the raiser, place the raiser with AMS on the top of the H2D, re-connect and enjoy.

Attachemnts:

I will upload attachedments that can be clicked into the raiser and hold: Paper towl, tool box, dry spool box,spray can holder and so on. Stay tuned for updates.

Update 15-06-2025:

I have made small modifications to the model, making it lees material consuming and for stable.

I added a cross member at the rear, for more stabillity , ensuring the legs is not spread too much.

I removed some of the hex slots on the side and added some at the top, for mounting storrage at a later time. 

Update 22-06-2025:

I have updated the model to fit both AMS 2 Pro units. I do not have the avalibility to test for the AMS 2 Pro i do not have.

Please give me some feedback if you have AMS 2 Pro with only three rooms on the side of the AMS 2.

The snap function in the dove tails have more space now, hoping the model does not break when inserting the dowetails.
