Description
I got tired of breaking my air dams on my C6 Z06 and Grand Sport. The factory ones are brittle and are the lowest part of the car. They're easy to break off in steep driveways whether you're backing in or driving straight in.
I designed these to print out in TPU and they work wonderfully. Note that you will have to drill the 3 holes in the top for mounting and one on the side for the middle air dam. These are designed with connectors so you can put them together and glue them with a high strength superglue.
I print them with 20% infill and using 95A TPU, they hold up great. They've handled triple digit speeds just fine.
