Chuangning 40w Variable Frequency Water Pump Inlet and Outlet Adapter for 32mm Hard Pipe

A new parametric model has been introduced, offering adjustable attributes such as wall thickness, thread tolerance for both inlet and outlet ports, as well as the outer diameter and tolerance for rigid piping

To facilitate the integration of both bottom and surface suction capabilities with my fish pond pump (a Chuangning 40W variable frequency model), and leveraging the readily available 32mm PVC piping, I fabricated an adapter for the inlet and outlet ports. The inlet simply requires unscrewing the original cover to attach this adapter, while the other end seamlessly accepts a direct insertion of a 32mm PVC pipe. The threading intended for connection to the water pump measures 39x2, which necessitated a precise micro-adjustment of 0.1mm to conform with empirical conditions

Kindly observe that, owing to inherent disparities in materials and 3D printing apparatus, it is judicious to initially produce a single test print. Should the dimensions prove incongruous, kindly consider proportionate scaling or fine-tuning the parameters before proceeding with a subsequent iteration
