I need to put this button here for Handy app users. Thank you!
All print profiles are divided into three tables, for sizes 5 and 4, 4 and 4, 5 and 5 mm.
(here and below we are talking about the shifter cable (tolerance 4.5 mm) and the hydraulic brake cable (tolerance 5.5 mm). Three items per table for small print size printers).
The first profile is a classic clip:
The second profile is a parallel cable holder. Contain several models with the logos of bicycle manufacturers (if your brand is not there - ask in the comments, provided that the logo has a simple shape (the print size is too small)):
The third profile is for a rotary holder.

I also add frame clip if you havn`t got holes in frame, for 4 and 5 mm, need 2 sided tape:
