Description

Summary

  • A project fueled by aircraft habits.... and a tiny rig.
  • The Combat pedals support "heel-on-floor" type movement, similar to what you see in the F18, F16, B737, and others. The height, and therefore the feel of the braking action, is adjustable.
  • The Bar pedals support helicopters, Mig, and some WW2 type movement. Examples include the Huey, KA50, Spitfire, MiG29, and others where the rudder does not control the brakes of the aircraft.
  • The Orange Pedal is the pedal from the Open Hornet Project - https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/196389-openhornets-fa-18c-pedal-release-for-mfg-crosswinds The combat pedals were based from those.
  • The number on the file indicates the width of that pedal in millimeters. The total width of a MFG Crosswind with the Combat80s installed is 430mm. These pedals were made with space constraints and print time in mind.
  • No support is required for these pedals. Print them sideways.
  • Invert the pedal in your slicer to get the one for the other side.
