Description
This is a wall mount for a Grandstream GXP2160 VOIP phone. It requires a few screws and a couple of nuts. What I used is listed below, but could easily be substituted if you don't have the exact size hardware. The lock part isn't required, but it does prevent the phone from coming off the mount should it be hit hard from underneath. The lock also has a small nub that may be mistaken as a print defect, but should be left there since it's what keeps the part in place. The parts should be printed in the the way are laid out in the 3mf file for strength. No supports are required. The screws that hold the tabs in place do not require nuts and should hold plenty tight in the plastic. The tabs are designed to only fit one side or the other and are not interchangeable. I used Elegoo PLA and the parts came out great with plenty of strength. I printed the parts with the print sequence set to “by object" to reduce artifacts and allow a single object to be canceled should be a print failure.
