I recommend keeping the dimensions at least 8cm to avoid loss of quality and consequently unwanted color mixing

I ALWAYS recommend keeping a thickness of at least 1mm

Consider using a brim if you have adhesion problems (this will affect the final cleaning of the print) I personally didn't find it necessary

I recommend the first layers at 50%

Dimensions are fully customizable in the slicer
