Replacement gear for WMF Profi Plus Citrus Press

This is likely not a print for everyone, but those who own the otherwise excellent WMF Profi Plus orange juicer will probably encounter the same problem sooner or later: a real weakness is the gear in the transmission that directly drives the shaft of the pressing cone. This small gear is subject to considerable stress and loses individual (and then more and more) teeth after some time. This initially manifests itself in unpleasant rattling, until eventually the shaft no longer rotates at all. This first happened to me in the first year, and at that time WMF still exchanged the juicer as a gesture of goodwill.

Now, however, it is older, and the problem is recurring. Sending it in for repair is not worthwhile, as this would be as expensive as a new juicer. However, replacement parts for the inside of the juicer are not available. So I have reproduced the affected gear and printed it with carbon fiber reinforced nylon (Bambulab PA6-CF). The replacement is relatively simple, and the juicer now runs like new!
