📝 Description:
This is a custom-made wall mount for the Ryobi ONE+ 18V sander RROS18-0. It features four countersunk screw holes for a clean and secure installation on your wall or tool board.

🛑 IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This mount is designed for a tight, secure fit — but it only fits perfectly when the sanding pad is NOT attached.

👉 If you plan to dock the sander with sandpaper still on,
scale the model up slightly (1–2%) in your slicer to compensate for the added thickness.

The tight fit ensures your sander stays firmly in place without wobbling, ideal for stable wall or bench mounting.
A small scale adjustment gives you flexibility without sacrificing functionality.

The fit is intentionally tight to keep the sander snug and stable. However, please take note of the following:

📦 Additional print details:

  • I increased the infill percentage slightly (to 25%) for added strength.
  • Printed in PLA, but PETG or ABS will also work well i think.
  • Screw holes are countersunk for a flush finish.
