Front Fender for Riverside RS500(or Similar Bikes)
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a 3D-printable modular front fender designed specifically for the Riverside RS500 bike, but it should also fit other bikes with similar front suspension forks and 28" wheels (Ø700mm).
The design maximizes coverage while maintaining a compact and sleek profile. It’s split into 2 sections for easier printing on smaller printers like the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. The fender mounts securely to the suspension arch using standard M6 bolts (or zip ties as an alternative).
Features:
- Compatible with 28" wheels
- Designed for suspension forks with an arch mount
- 2 pieces for easy printing and assembly
- Clean and minimalist design
- Designed for Bambu Lab A1 Mini (printable without supports)
Print Settings:
- Material: PETG or ASA recommended (for outdoor durability)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- No supports needed
- Infill: 20–30%
- Orientation: flat on bed
Assembly:
Align and glue (you can use the hole and a screw). Secure the assembled fender to your fork using the central hole.
Note:
Make sure to measure the clearance between your tire and fork arch before printing to ensure compatibility.
