Porch post trim
Print Profile(1)

Description
I have 2 posts on my front porch that needed attention. The actual post is a 4x4 that’s on the inside. The boards on the outside are just for appearance. I was able to clamp and screw the boards back in place. The problem was the base trim. It needed to be replaced. Replacement trims are for square posts only (5x5, 6x6, etc.). Because my posts were trimmed with boards, they were not square. They were 5.5x5. The solution was to 3D print my own. It was a simple design. Created using FreeCAD, printed on a Bambu P1S using ASA. Now I just need a little caulk to cover the screws and some paint for the post.
