Summary

This is a heat seeking missile 1:8 scale model, specifically the AIM-9D from the Vietnam War era (1964 to 1970).  This was the primary missile used by US and allied forces in the Vietnam War.  

 

Assembly is simple, just snap the two pieces together with the provided peg, that's it -- no glue is required.
