Tangle Fidget Toy, no supports needed, sturdy

Updated print profile on June 12, 2025, setting the brim to outer for easier removal.

Please print using PLA Basic. I tried PLA Wood, but the connecting sections broke, and the tolerances were unsuitable.

Allow the parts to cool completely before assembly.

Assembly instructions, adhesive required; the following uses a dual-color scheme as an example.

1) To facilitate assembly, I have provided an assembly jig. As shown below, insert the two differently colored parts, noting the male and female connectors at the joining points.

2) Align the male and female connectors as shown, with the female connector on the table and the male connector above. Using a tissue or handkerchief for padding, press down using your own weight. Caution: Avoid injuring your hands.

3) Once all joints are connected, apply a single drop of cyanoacrylate adhesive to the securing joint shown below to bond the same-colored parts. Note: Use the minimal amount of adhesive; remove any excess. Joints must be aligned and pressed firmly together to create a seamless fit (not like the example shown with gaps).

4) Once all parts are bonded together to form a ring, installation is complete.
