Description

I had some fun and designed my own Antenna delete for my 2023 Ford F-150 pick-up The thread is ¼" x 20tpi. I used a heat insert. I printed it in petg at 100% infill with the top facing down, no supports or brim. I think it came out alright being the newbie I am. Enjoy!

printed.out amazing I had a spare screw that fitted just cut it to length and epoxy it alignment furniture was key it was a little twisted when I glue it out was able to screw it all the way down looks great printed it in petg

do you remember what size and length of a bolt you used?

Mine was a 1/4" x 20 tpi thread. I used a heated threaded 1/4 x 20 insert into my 3d printed part and about 1" long piece of stainless steel thread. Hope that helps
