Shouldn't require glue, but you will need an AMS (ideally 2), but there's a second set of plates for the stand with the colours separated so you can print those separately if you wish and glue them on the stand.
Print the pixel art face down on a smooth-textured plate like the super-tack or the smooth-plate and then just push it into the base, it should hold tightly without glue, but glue it if not. If you struggle to fit the art to the base, carefully use a knife to deburr the inside if the stand (the side touching the supports).
