Christmas Tree - Flat Pack Style

Description
This is a Christmas tree designed in a flat pack style. All three sections of the tree slide together and get topped by the star.
All sections are printed with no bottom or top layers. This allows the infill to be the the main pattern across the tree. The tree shown has a 50% triangle infill, but many others would look good as well.
Other ideas:
- No infill, just perimeters for hollow pieces
- Use top/bottom layers normally
- Lower infill percentages, but with infill line width multipliers
