1. Can be used to seal various snack bags/refrigerator wraps to keep food fresh;
2. Six opening lengths are provided: 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 180mm;
3. The tolerance gap is adjusted to 0.4mm to accommodate various printers and filaments;
4. Tested with PLA lite, PLA basic, PETG basic, and PETG hf with good results;
5. A 0.3mm tolerance gap was tested, resulting in some adhesion requiring force to separate after cooling. The gap is adjusted to 0.4mm to accommodate various printers and filaments;
Note: ① Do not scale the model; tolerances will change;
② If your material shrinkage is minimal, you can slightly reduce the model size for a tighter fit. Test based on your material's shrinkage rate.
