I use the Navy blue ones they are loud

Walls: 3
Infill: 15% gyroid
Supports: Yes on the head (watch video link above)
Brim: No
Slice gap: 0.004
Resolution: 0.004
Arc fitting: on
Slow down: Outer walls and top surfaces
