Description
This was a fight against a flipper with titanium top armour. ONI can both, do damage and control his opponents quite well.
Weight: ca. 223g
Size: fits 150x150 square
I printed the chassis and side armour in 95A TPU. The top plates, glider and the shuffler mechanism is printed in plain PLA. The gear should be printed out of something stronger, I used nylon. Same goes for the weapon arm, I had good results with PA-CF. The weapon blade was cut in 3 mm titanium, normal hardened steel is also ok and should fit in the weight limit. Forks are titanium as well, printing them should also work.
The disk was press fitted on the motor and then secured with epoxy. The rubber bands/ glider are glued on with superglue.

- 6 Bearings - 10x15x4mm
- 3 M3x20mm bolts
- 1 M3x4x18mm shoulderbolt
- 2 M3x4x14mm Shoulderbolts
- 10 Self Tapping screws M3x5/BT2x5
- 4 Self Tapping screws M2x4
- 6 Self Tapping screws M3x5
- 3 zip ties to keep the motor in place
- rubber bands for the shuffler tread
Electronic used:
- 3x N10/N20 - I did run both in the past, both work, 1000rpm for the drive, 600rpm for the weapon arm
- Malenki - Nano or HV depending on the motors
- 20A brushless ESC for the weapon
- 1404 brushless motor
- BT.2.0 male and female connector as removable link
- small 2s LIPO battery with ca. 250 mAh
This robot should only be operated in an appropriate arena or test box. Misuse can cause serious injury! Use an appropriate weapon lock!
