This is a 3D printable working cartridge designed to be compatible with:

It works by using 5 small rubber bands and 4 pieces of filament, no additional components are required. To load the cartridge you need a pencil to push the projectile at the bottom so that it locks in place.

If you're looking for more power, this is another more effective method for arranging the rubber bands. Be careful though, as this method makes the cartridge slightly more difficult to load (it requires more force), and above all, it's much more powerful and it can hurt.
