It's pretty sturdy but you can increase the walls and infill even more if needed.
You will need an M10 bolt if you want to use it. The hole thread is throughout the whole smashy part so you can use two on both sides for more weight.
A M10 Cone Point screw/bolt like the one in the photo below will be even better.
