Great model, i used your ¾" NPT female model and smooshed it with part of https://makerworld.com/en/models/1241816-female-garden-hose-fitting-with-hose-barb-adaptor#profileId-1262492 to make a replacement connector for my pond pump.

Having an issue. New to this and wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Printing with a Bambu Lab H2C using PETG. NPT threads seem fine. GHT Threads are to large in Dia. The Printed Female GHT threads fit onto a male GHT garden hose but are very loose. The printed Male GHT threads will not screw into a Female GHT garden hose because it's to large in dia. The printed male and female GHT work fine with each other. Any Ideas?

No one has reported issue but here are few things to try. Try PLA if you have available. Also try scaling down the model by 1% or use 220grit sand paper on the thread. I am on vacation so can't try for few weeks.

Bambu Lab H2C. I printed with PETG at 98.5% size. Male GHT end will now fit in an off the shelf Female GHT. The Female NPT will fit onto a male NPT but is a little snug but it now works for me. Not sure why this is happening.

They didn't fit exactly, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with sealing tape

Yes 100% USA GHT to NPT. Plenty of people printed and are using it. Check your printer settings. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Model worked. Fixed a hose I had with a slightly mismanufactured thread.
