M12 Die Grinder Router/ Deburr Attachment

Take you're M12 Die Grinder to the next level with this attachment! Designed to be easily attached and removed, and fully adjustable to various bit depths in the chuck. I now keep this on my Die Grinder full time for the amazing ability to throw a roundover on any hard edges extremely easily and quickly, with router-level results! Works with both roundover and chamfer bits. 

Installation Adjustment process:

1. Set the Interface ring on the front of the die grinder as shown in the photos, and use as a template to pre-drill and screw in 5x #6 x ½" Screws.
2. Install the cutting bit of choice in to the grinders chuck
3. Slip over the tool body and turn counter clockwise to engage the dogs (This may be difficult for the first time).
   1. (optional) Drill a small pilot hole where the clearance holes is on the side of the body and screw in another #6 x ½" screw to ensure the body does not come untwisted. I do not feel this is necessary in my experience, but I added it just in case. 
4. Thread on the lock collar
5. Thread on the Bottom plate and adjust its height until you are happy with the results of your cutting profile on a scrap piece of wood. 
6. Thread down Lock Collar to Bottom Plate to lock it in position. 
7. The entire body can be removed by simply untwisting from the interface plate and using the tool as originally intended.
