Description

This is my own DIY project that provide some basic headphone designs which can fit 70mm and 50mm dynamic drivers with 110mm circular ear pads. You will need at least one Set A (Driver mounting plate) and one Set B (Headphone Case) to complete the assembly. Here are some short description for each set:

Driver Mounting Plate

Set A_1: This is a driver plate that fit an 70mm driver. There are more tuning cut out that hopefully will kill more high frequency reflection which makes the sibilance of the female vocal more under control.
Set A_2: This is the same design as A_1 just with less tuning cutout. I hope it will maintain the mid range clarity intact.
Set A_3: This is an angled design for a 50mm driver. It is am semi open design that will make your bass carry much more weight. In case you have a bass light driver, this will help to give some boost. Please note, this design only works with the semi-open case design featured in B_2 and B_3.
Set A_4: This is the same design as A_1 just to fit a 50mm driver.
Set A_5: This is an angled design similar to A_3, but fully open. You can use this when you find the bass is too much, and want to have cleaner sound. Again, this design only works with the open case B_2 and B_3.

Headphone Case

Set B_1: This is an close ear cup design the heavily “inspired” by the Sony Z1R design. There is tuning port on the top of the ear cup that allow you to set the bass response to your liking.
Set B_2: This is an open ear cup design that fit the headphone I supplied in the BoM file. It has an limiter that will limit the movement of the ear cup so it does not fall all over the place.
Set B_3: This is the same design as B_2, but the headband mounting hole uses an m3 screws instead.
Set B_4: This headphone case is used for a headset with additional mounting slot for the mic. You will also need an 3.5mm patching cable to make it work. You can plug in the mic on either side, as long as you figure out how you want to arrange the cable.
