The Color Monster originates from the heartwarming children's book "The Color Monster" (Original title: „El Monstruo de Colores“) by Anna Llenas. In the story, children learn to understand their feelings through colors. Green represents the emotion calm – the feeling of balance, relaxation, and inner peace.
The green Color Monster appears serene, friendly, and relaxed – it invites you to pause, take a deep breath, and be in the moment. This figure helps children to deal with the feeling of calm, to consciously perceive it and to develop strategies for self-calming.
